  • Daily Accountability Check-Ins: I check in with you every morning M-F at 9am via IG Messenger to see how you're doing and see if you need additional support. I will help you with your mindset and set intentions for the week so you can crush your goals.

  • Habit Tracker Challenge: Willpower and discipline are overrated. True power is in building small and sustainable habits that you can actually stick with. I teach you the power of going slow through this fun games-like interactive challenge where we will focus on the 7 Habits that lead to a true transformation.
