Join us every Monday evening for a virtual fitness class rooted in care, not control. Body Liberation Fitness is a trauma-informed, weight-inclusive class designed for all bodies and all levels of experience.

Each class weaves together:

  • 🧘‍♀️ Somatic grounding to connect with your body

  • 💪 Strength + cardio at your pace

  • 🧠 Nervous system awareness

  • 💜 A gratitude-based cool down + community check-in

There are no weigh-ins, no shame, and no expectations to “perform.” Just a brave space where you can show up exactly as you are — and move with intention, support, and joy.
