Meet the Coach

Hi, I’m Àngel, Certified Personal Trainer, Body Liberation Guide, Trauma-Informed Coach & Community Builder.

I help people reconnect with their bodies through joyful movement, radical self-trust, and compassionate coaching. My work is rooted in the belief that you don’t need to shrink yourself to be worthy of care. You deserve movement that honors your story, your needs, and your power — exactly as you are.

With training in trauma-informed movement and a deep commitment to equity, I created these 25-minute Body Liberation Sessions to make fitness more accessible, affirming, and inclusive. Whether you’re healing from fitness culture, returning to movement after a long break, or just looking for support that feels like community — I’m here for you.

This isn’t about “fixing” your body.
It’s about coming home to it.

  • Guide clients through movement that supports trauma release and body liberation, always meeting them where they are.

  • Help clients feel strong in their muscles and joyful in movement—regardless of toxic fitness standards. Make it playful. Make it fun. Turn up the music.

  • Hold compassionate space for emotions as they arise. Clients are allowed to just be—no fixing, no rushing, just presence.

  • Unlearn the whitewashed, fatphobic, ableist norms of fitness culture. Reimagine what health and strength can look and feel like through a liberatory lens.

  • Train for real life: squats for standing up, lunges for stairs, shoulder presses for reaching, and core work for carrying. Build strength for everyday joy and long-term independence.

  • Teach that movement doesn’t have to be punishment. Rewire the brain with science-backed practices that make fitness feel joyful, empowering, and free.Item description
